We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy for details on how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Partner & Timelines

  • Primary Partner: We partner with Delhivery as our primary logistics provider to ensure reliable and fast shipping across India. We may also use other trusted courier partners depending on your location.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: The delivery timeline begins after your order has been dispatched.
    • Metro Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru): 3 – 5 business days
    • Other Cities (Tier II/III): 5 – 7 business days
    • Remote Areas (e.g., North East, J&K): 7 – 10 business days
  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to holidays, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer simple and transparent shipping charges:

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹499 or more.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee (e.g., ₹50) will be charged for all orders below ₹499. This will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking Details: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website (e.g., Delhivery).
  • Track Your Order: You can also track your order from the “My Account” section on our website.

5. Order Delivery

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package two or three times. If you are not available, they may contact you on your registered phone number (9892805885) to reschedule.
  • Recipient Signature: To ensure secure delivery, the courier may require a signature from the recipient.
  • Undeliverable Orders (RTO): If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., wrong address, recipient not available), our customer service team will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please do not accept it from the courier. Contact our customer support immediately.
  • Missing/Wrong Items: If you have received your order and find that items are missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the package you received.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship orders within India. We do not offer international shipping.
