- Q: How do I track my order?
- A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and an SMS with a tracking number and a link to our shipping partner’s website (e.g., Delhivery). You can also find the tracking status in the “My Account” section of our website.
- Q: When will my order arrive?
- A: We process orders within 24-48 hours. After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
- Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days
- Other Cities (Tier II/III): 5 – 7 business days
- Remote Areas (e.g., North East, J&K): 7 – 10 business days
- Q: What are your shipping charges?
- A: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee is applied (this will be shown at checkout).
- Q: What is your return policy?
- A: We offer a 7-day return policy on most items from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, personal care items (like massagers) are not returnable.

- A: Please email our support team at [email protected] with your Order ID and photos of the item. We will review your request and arrange for a reverse pickup.
- Q: When will I get my refund?
- A: Once we receive your returned item and it passes a quality check, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or to your bank account (for COD orders).
- Q: What payment methods do you accept?
