Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- How to Cancel:
- Log in to your account on GhareluShop.com.
- Go to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel Order” button.
- If the “Cancel” button is not visible: This means your order has already been dispatched and cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse the delivery or request a return after receiving the item.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders: If you paid online (via Razorpay), a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 24-48 hours of the cancellation.
2. Return Policy
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy on most items. You can request a return for an item within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Conditions for Return:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unsoiled condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and manuals intact.
- Products that have been used, altered, or installed cannot be returned.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care items (e.g., massagers, brushes)
- Innerwear or intimate items
- Consumable products
- Any item that is marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
- Please include clear photos or a short video of the product (especially if it is damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will review your request within 48 business hours and arrange for a reverse pickup with our logistics partner.
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
- Refund Approval: If the return is approved (i.e., the item meets the conditions in Section 2), we will initiate your refund.
- Refund Method:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, net banking, wallet) used via Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be credited to your bank account via NEFT. You will be asked to provide your bank account details.
- Refund Timeline:
- After the returned item passes the quality check, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business hours.
- It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending on your bank.
4. Replacements & Exchanges
- Damaged or Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item and, after inspection, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
